An impressive antique Chinese export porcelain vase featuring an elegant elongated baluster body, a flared trumpet-shaped neck, and distinctive molded ornamental handles to either side. The ivory-toned ground is beautifully decorated with hand-painted figural scenes depicting traditional Chinese warriors on horseback, rendered in a palette of green, red, brown, and muted earth tones. The equestrian figures are arranged around the body, creating a continuous narrative composition with fine decorative details and expressive movement. The neck is further embellished with stylized architectural and ornamental motifs in turquoise, red, and dark brown, while the pronounced dark brown bands at the shoulder and base provide a striking contrast to the lighter porcelain ground. The combination of its distinctive silhouette, colorful figural decoration, and carefully executed details makes this a particularly attractive example of Chinese export decorative porcelain. A substantial and versatile decorative accent, equally suited to a traditional interior, an eclectic collection, or a more contemporary setting. Measures approximately 23.5 inches high by 8.5 inches in diameter. In good condition, with minor wear consistent with age and use.
